Mechanism for polyester sling RX-lift

Specification: • Polysafe PU protection sleeve extend the service life of the sling and to protect both the sling and the load being handled during lifting operations Application: • use in combination with webbing slings acc. to EN 1492-1 and round slings acc. to EN 1492-2 Features: • mechanical protection: great protection against mechanical wear, such as friction from sharp edges, corners, abrasive surfaces, reduces the risk of cuts, scratches or punctures, great impact resistance • protection against moisture and chemicals: PU is resistant to water, oils, greases, solvents, strong acids, strong alkalis and other chemicals, helping prevent the degradation of the sling’s textile material • controlled sliding and easy positioning: slide more smoothly over the surface of the load • load surface protection: inner sheath is made of a 100% polyester -> protects sling and makes it easier to insert into the sleeve, outer part outer is made polyurethane (polyol + isocyanate) -> prevents marks, scratches, or damage on the load
